Returns / Shipping


At Black Petticoat, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable (unworn/new) condition. Simply follow the guidelines below.

  • Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase (10 days from the date on the receipt).  Online orders must be received in the store within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. 
  • The original receipt must be presented, and all tags must be attached to the merchandise.  The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Merchandise, with the exception of accessories, returned after 10 days will be credited as store credit only. 
  • No refund, exchange or store credit of any kind shall be issued after 15 days of purchase.
  • Returns of accessories will not be accepted after 10 days.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • All underwear are FINAL SALE for hygiene purposes.
